Administrative Officer – Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)-Fixed Contract Duration | Office of Enrollment Management

The Administrative Officer SOP will be responsible for documenting a comprehensive standard operating procedure for the Office of Enrollment Management. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to document current processes and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process and policy documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Explore existing processes, policies, and procedures within the Enrollment Services units.
  • Document a comprehensive SOP manual that aligns with institutional goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Consult with enrollment staff and administrative units to gather input and demonstrate the correlation across functions.
  • Create process flowcharts, presentations, checklists, guides, manuals, contracts, and guidelines to support SOP implementation.
  • Document quality control measures and performance metrics for enrollment operations.
  • Document and archive the updates, allowing the concerned enrollment staff to efficiently review and update the deliverables as needed to reflect changes in policy, technology, or regulations.
  • Highlight in the SOP the values of efficiency, transparency, quality control, and applicant experience.

Qualifications and Skills Required 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Educational Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of accreditation and compliance standards in higher education is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in process development and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The following Certifications & Professional Training are an advantage:
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Yellow Belt)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Records and Information Management Certification (CRM)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with flowchart or process-mapping software (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
  • UAE experience is an advantage.
