We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for one of our well known client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all incoming and outgoing HR documents. Ensure proper filing, labeling, indexing, tracking, and encoding of documents received for HR action.
- Employee Records: Regularly update and maintain both hard and soft copies of employee personal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Database Management: Update the Access file with precise employee information and implement enhancements to improve the HR database.
- Document Drafting: Prepare and issue standard HR documents such as Salary Certificates, Employment Certificates, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
- Visa Coordination: Collaborate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) to organize and manage documents required for visa generation and renewal.
- Requisition Management: Prepare requisitions for travel arrangements, purchases, cash, supplies, and equipment, while maintaining accurate records of all requisitions.
- Calendar Management: Manage the HR Country Lead’s calendar, send meeting invitations to managers/employees, and follow up as necessary.
- Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks as directed by supervisory personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field; HR background preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required by job responsibilities.
