Records Assistant Grade II (Jobs 03)
The Executive Director of Mlele District Council has received a new recruitment approval for the 2024/2025 fiscal year from the Permanent Secretary, Office of the President, Public Service Management and Good Governance, Ref. No. FA.97/228/01/A/25 dated 29/04/2025. Accordingly, he invites applications from qualified Tanzanians to fill three positions for Records Assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Register incoming correspondence register;
- Register outgoing correspondence register;
- Distribute files to action officers;
- Receive files returned to the registry from officers;
- Search for records/documents/files required by officers;
- Return files to the filing cabinet/file cabinet or other place where they are stored;
- Track the circulation of files within the institution (file tracking).
Required Qualifications.
Must have completed Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) and obtained a Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) Examination Certificate.
